Woolly Hat Day - Friday 30 January 2015

Woolly Hat Day is back on Friday 30 January - so put your hat on, have fun and raise money to help homeless people get ahead!

Now in its fifth year, Woolly Hat Day sees hundreds of people donning beanies, baseball caps and berets to help us raise money towards our work. And the beauty of Woolly Hat Day is its simplicity - put on your woolliest, craziest or cutest hat, make a donation to St Mungo's Broadway and help to change someone's life.

The Celebrity Hat Auction is now live, so check it out to bag yourself a one-off collector's item!

Register your interest in Woolly Hat Day here, or email or call the Woolly Hat Day team for more information on 020 8762 5582 (if you're a school or youth club) and 020 8762 5628 (for all other enquiries).

Phil Spencer

Phil Spencer, our patron, says 'Woolly Hat Day is a fantastic excuse to dig out your most colourful, flamboyant or unusual hat and wear it with pride to make a difference to the lives of homeless and vulnerable people. There are countless ways to take part in the day, so why not hold a hat party, sponsor a friend to wear something eccentric or bake some Woolly Hat Day cupcakes ...'

All the hat shaped resources you need to get involved are now downloadable from the relevant pages or resources section on this website. So, what's stopping you?!

Watch our Woolly Hat Day video to see how you can get involved!

Join us for Woolly Hat Day on Friday 30 January 2015 - because everyone needs somewhere safe to live, the skills to live an independent life and good health and wellbeing.
